The team for this TEDx event was responsible for creating the entire conference, from the first steps to every managerial detail that built the independent symposium.

Peter Bromberg – He is the current assistand director for the Regional Library Cooperative in South New Jersey, otherwise known as the SJRLC. At this position, he has given direction to library affairs in over 600 individual branches to further educate the staff. His work in southern New Jersey has allowed him to embrace his natural talent for writing, public speaking, instructing, and further pushed his curiosity about worldly affairs.

Susan Conlon – As one of Princeton Public Library's main employees, Susan has directed her attention to the younger audience of the library, namely teens and younger adults. Her service programs are used to build strength within the community and further better use of the library by the citizens. For tow years, Conlon has also been the director for two internationally known events. The first is the Princeton Student Film and Video Festival with the second being the Princeton Environmental Film Festival. The latter event garnered acclaim and the Highsmith Library Innovation Award for its role in the community. Conlon has presented ideas to many organizations, including NYLA, ALA, and the NJLA. She is an alum of Rutgers University.

Nancy Dowd – Coming from the business side of library affairs, Dowd is currently employed as the Director of Marketing for the State Library of New Jersey. In addition to general marketing efforts, she also is the director of campaigns that seek to raise the public awareness about the many benefits that libraries can bring. Dowd also co-wrote a book entitled Bite-Sized Marketing, a treatise on ways for librarians to improve their current employment conditions.

Janie Hermann – As the Princeton Public Library's Programming Coordinator, Hermann haws the dauting task of managing all 1600 individual programs that the organization is responsible for. In her role, she has wide access to the public and actively participates in event planning to make sure that the community gets as much from the availability of local libraries as possible.

Amy J. Kearns – Similar to Janie Hermann, Amy Kearns works as a program Coordinator, but for the CJRLC instead of the Princeton Public Library. In previous years, she served as the President of the NJ Library Association in regards to their Information Technology department. Kearns also teaches at Rutgers University, with courses about communication and information sharing. Her work has brought her to public libraries as well as the publishing market and she is a published author, with a chapter in a handbook for teachers and librarians.

John LeMasney – He is the manager in charge of instructing students about the use of technology at Rider University. In addition, LeMasney also has several other occupations due to his enormous work ethic. He considers himself to be a consultant, a technologist, and even a designer at times. Most of his work occurs in New Jersey and he is very active in community affairs. On the other hand, his expertise in technology has also sent him to such wide and varied places as Kentucky and Florida to give talks about the function of libraries and how technology can give these information centers more benefits. With his knowledge about emerging technology trends, the influential MindTouch.com named LeMasney as one of the most important people in the world of Open Source technology.

Janice Painter – She works with both customers and library employees at the Princeton Public Library. As a manager and technology librarian, most of her job duties involve instructing people on how to use the newest technologies that are available at the library.
